Ardmore Music Hall

I had an incredible experience at the Jonathan Roy Portair concert on April 2! It was my first visit, and everything was fantastic! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the bartender was well-informed about the beers. She guided us through all the options, ensuring we found exactly what we wanted. The venue has a cozy atmosphere, and both the lighting and sound quality were excellent! I will definitely be returning!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant today. I encountered a lady named Gabrielle who was quite disrespectful. When I first entered, there was no greeting – just a vague “I’ll get to you in a moment.” After leaving and then returning, I saw her welcome other guests without offering any assistance to me. I then approached the ticket office, where I was told I needed to speak to Gabby. Overall, I felt ignored and discriminated against, and I've decided I won't be coming back. I also lost my membership services as a result.

This is a fantastic place to enjoy live music! The venue has an intimate atmosphere with excellent views of the stage from various spots. There's a nice pit right in front of the stage, seating at the back of the lower level, and a cozy balcony with standing room close to the stage, plus mini tables and couches at the back. They offer bars both upstairs and downstairs, featuring a great selection of beers, wines, and cocktails. Their beer menu is particularly impressive! Additionally, the food options are quite delicious. Beyond the amazing sound system and acoustics, the best aspect of the venue is the staff. Everyone we met was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our experience even better. Without a doubt, this is the best music venue I've ever visited in terms of its staff. It's evident that they love their jobs and have a passion for music, which creates a welcoming environment for the audience. I can't wait to return in the future—keep bringing in great music acts!

The sound quality in the venue is excellent, and there's plenty of seating available for a place of its size.

While the show and sound were fantastic, I was quite frustrated with the venue. The staff was friendly enough, but as the show was coming to an end, I needed to use the restroom before a long drive home. It was 10:45 PM, and the bar was still serving alcohol, but the restrooms were blocked off, with staff stating they were closed downstairs. I decided to head upstairs, where I found many others also turned away! What is going on, Ardmore Music Hall?? I saw at least 30 people being denied access to the restrooms, all while you were still selling drinks. And let me tell you, those drinks were not cheap—$18 for a draft beer and a tiny rum and coke.
