Panda Express - Ardmore

Ordered grilled teriyaki but they where out, got the orange chicken instead, it was hard, didn't eat much. Will be a long time before I go back, expensive for something you can't eat, and still hungry when you leave. If something been cook so long it should be thrown away ? ? maybe short staff not sure.

Bad don't come. Short staff food sitting out for way too long. Rice has hard things in it. Chicken was like eating erasers. Not fair to the paying customer. $12 just went in the trash ? lady at the window was friendly. Please help her find a better job at a better restaurant.

I ordered a plate with sesame chicken and a bowl with sesame chicken thru the drive thru. The lady who took my order was very nice but they were out of sesame chicken and told me to pull around and park and they would make more and bring it out. After waiting almost 15 minutes they brought my order out, I checked to make sure it was correct and I headed home which is about 30 mins away. When we got home to eat we realized the chicken had been cooked so long there was no longer chicken on the inside of the breading. I called and they offered to make it right but living 30 minutes away didn’t help us at that moment. They did take our name for the next time we are in Ardmore. Very good experience. We bought Walnut Shrimp and Kung Pao. Those are our favorites. They were good, as always.

Not a bad location but not as good as most. Good service and food was decent. They were out of most entree when I was there but it seemed to be a timing issue. I think the main issue was that I did drive-thru instead of dine in.
