Courteous and punctual, but the watercress were not to my taste. Dough too thick and also a little raw, as it separated and the internal part could be re-kneaded.. even a little more generosity with the sausage would not have gone amiss.. Excellent piadina, kind staff while waiting they offered us a taste of the piadina with cured meats and at the end of the dinner a taste of sweet piadina. All excellent, particular place
