Llevo desde el primer año que existen las jornadas gastronómicas del Bierzo.Hace más de quince años costando varios restaurantes para disfrutar de estas jornadas de mi tierra. Y de todas las disfrutadas hasta el momento que han estado bien las que hemos disfrutado hoy en la palloza de canedo han sido de 10. Las mejores 100% recomendables

Excellent food and unbeatable treatment. Fried ice cream is the best dessert I've ever had in my life. The palloza is spectacular and the terrace with views of the middle of Bierzo is perfect for a drink or something to eat in summer. I will definitely be back!!!

Today I want to leave a comment on this fried ice cream or fire ice cream that we have eaten at La Palloza se Canedo!!!! The richest dessert we have ever eaten in a restaurant. If its presentation already impresses, when you try it it is incredible!!! You have to try it...it cannot be explained! I could not leave without congratulating the cook in person.
