My wife spent all her holidays in a waterfront from a small and amateur and big pizza consumer she wanted to make me taste what for her are: "the best pizzas in the world",! On the spot, we learn that the daughter ofhenry has taken over the torch. So after having swallowed it, it may not be the best in the world but it remains good pizza to take away for a reasonable price when you know the prices of the seaside! they lack a little cooking but the ingredients are of quality. Besides, pizzaiolette was eating one, and that I like it, no bad surprises if the one who sells them eats it! and according to my wife the taste is always the same as that of his childhood. We eat there every 2 days. Thankfully we only have a week of holidays!!!!
For 40 years we can enjoy the pizzas of henry, made under our eyes and cooked with wood fire in a small local at the corner of the small market, and only to take away. a small choice but where everyone can find what he likes, from classic pizzas (thon-câpres) to the most varied (chèvre-miel, half anchovies-moitié cheese.) although having slightly increased in recent years, prices remain reasonable (between 9 and 12€ per unit) for quality pizzas with fresh ingredients. the dough is delicious and the cheese is precisely dried; moreover, the staff is nice: to recommend! attention however to the opening hours, quite early: 11am-13h and 6pm-21h. Some nights, it's better to be among the first to order, otherwise we might have to wait for a while or even not to have pizza!
Very good pizzas cooked with wood fire. ingredients in reasonable quantity and choice of restricted but nice card. friendly staff we love!!!
