We enjoyed a mouthwatering Steak Cheese Onion Panini. The women who own and operate the tea room were incredibly friendly.
Visited on a very wet Friday afternoon all looking for a warm drink, couldn’t find a fault at all. Amazing service from us walking in and we couldn’t believe how busy it was. Scones are amazing too. Well worth a visit
Enjoyed a quick lunch of homemade lentil soup which was excellent. My partner enjoyed a very tasty panini with generous filling of bacon brie and cranberry. Followed this with the most light and fluffy plain scones and a decent cup of coffee. Most definitely a surprisingly tasty lunch stop!
Cannot fault the service provided on a rare trip to this cafe. Highly recommend a visit if you are in the area.
Although not well advertised, this small but friendly cafe is hidden just off the A82 where it turns to the right in Tarbet. Next to the Post Office with a handful of parking spaces, it 's even hard to know if it 's open! Once inside, the simple menu covered just what most people would want. The service was quick and our teas and coffees arrived post haste followed by hearty but simple fayre. The portions were more than generous and prices were fair. A word of caution. in the small toilet, the hot water supply is signed as Caution Very Hot Water . It isn 't . It 's scalding.
