Chapps Burgers (arkansas Ln)

We visited this restaurant and it was satisfactory. The establishment was very clean. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by a friendly woman working behind the counter. We ordered salads with extra toppings such as grilled mushrooms and jalapeños, and also got the works. The food was excellent. My only suggestion would be to offer Coca-Cola products instead of Pepsi products. Other than that, it was a positive experience.

I used to eat here often, but not anymore after a disappointing experience. I suspect the cakes on display are not made in-house. Typically, they are quite good. I tried a buttermilk cake one evening and took a bite, only to be met with a mix of unpleasant flavors - allspice, cinnamon - nothing like a buttermilk cake should be. This was a problem for me as I am allergic to cinnamon. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they brushed me off and refused to take any responsibility. No refund, no apology. It's concerning that they are not transparent about where their baked goods come from, especially considering the potential risks for those with allergies. Overall, a disappointing and frustrating experience.

The food was average and I didn't find anything outstanding. I waited about 15 minutes for my order, which seemed long considering the size of the burger. I had the speckburger with cheese, salad, tomatoes, pickles, and onions. The patty was juicy and cooked well, but lacked flavor. The fries were not great, as they were small pieces and overcooked. I wish there was a combo option instead of everything being individually priced. The meal was not worth the $17.55 I paid. I would like to try other menu items like the chicken salad in the future. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly, which was a saving grace.

Wow! I can't say enough about the CHAPPS camp site on arkansas, dee and her personal! we ordered a large group dinner for 75 people. every burger was adapted and chapps got every burger right. they were delicious, with the name of each person bagd, including seasoned to make her lunch perfect. burgers were delicious and all were happy! we will definitely use them again for our school! this is a real young man!

When someone insists that you try a restaurant what should you do? You try the restaurant. This restaurant is located in a shopping center just off Highway 360 and is easily accessible. The warm welcome at the counter was a bit cold, the restaurant was clean and the experience was just ok. The Marinated Grilled Chicken Breast with grilled onions was tasty, the sweet potato fries not so much. The Turkey Burger ? not a fan. The highlight of this experience was the friendly delivery of the food by the kind gentleman. That was much appreciated. I tried this restaurant simply because someone asked me to.
