Yes this place did not disappoint it was very good food and customer service was awesome very clean ,friendly place will try to come back every time I’m in the mood for a GOOD BURGER!

Had a single patty burger was covered 80° by the tomato slice. I was disappointed by the McDonald size patty but the meat that was there was great. There was a Help Wanted sign in the front of the store so I'm confident that the quality control will improve.

Conner is very rude and very unprofessional he serves the customer raw ground beef and expect the employees to work under unhealthy circumstances.

The employees chose to close the restaurant at 8:15 PM and did not finish my Uber Eats order, even though it was still pending. They locked the doors while there were still customers inside. I contacted corporate, and they confirmed that the store was supposed to remain open until 10 PM, as indicated on the sign on the door.

There is a way to leave unlimited number of stars. These were probably the best five guys I've ever been... and there are people in this world who still care... I came out because I placed an order online and order was never delivered via third parties. Ms. Amy immediately came to me and offered me and my friend a free meal on my previous order. Then the Lord I believe gave me a manager a voucher from my next order. The reaction time was excellent, the customer service was excellent. The restaurant was clean and I didn't even think someone was reacting. Thank you, Mrs Amy and the manager.
