Feedback gevenWe lived in the area for over 10 years. This place continues to suck. No original chicken, no pots, no. Nothing changes, the owner and the employees do not care about the food or service. I can't believe it's still open. We have tried several times over the years.
Food was excellent... Service was wonderful... Friendly and respectful took a lil bit to get our food but there was 3 orders ahead of ours so it's understandable ... Thank you so muchFood: 5/5
20 minutes stuck in drive thru between cars before my order was even taken. Then drove off and realized we were missing items, probably a lack of help, likely my last trip here.
Waited in drive-thru for 25 minutes. Ordered 8 piece chicken dark meat. 3 other customers left the line because they got tired of waiting, I guess. I took chicken home to spouse and we ended up with only 7 pieces of chicken. (4 thighs and 3 legs) At this point we were too hungry to bother going back to KFC to try to get the order straightened out. I'm so disappointed.
This is a terrible experience for everyone who goes. After 3 days in snow, the streets were finally clear enough for me to get it out and get food. I finally made it here and it was so bad I just never said anything out and went to a completely different place just to avoid the terrible customer service I received. There was absolutely no one on the line, but yet I had to wait 7 minutes until someone just comes into the window. Once they did, they made it clear that they were annoyed by the presence of a customer with their tone and facial expressions and literally seemed to see with frustration to make ONE SINGLE ORDER! Spare yourself the anger and just leave something else.
