Can never order online, nine times from ten her card reader does not work, you need to use cash if you even carry money, the quality is terrible, the customer service is terrible, the food is constantly unconsistent and you rarely get what you have ordered, they have little to no chips, the store is not clean. Idk, if they have changed management or what, but it was going to be too terrible. In a city that has no food options, Lennys is not an option now.
I saw sweat falling from the workers' face and on my sub several times and they had 0 chip options and only 3 cookies left. Also took 30 minutes to get food. Terrible consistency in contrast to other Lenny?s that are big!
Customer service is pretty good. But the consistency of the subs is not present as well as the quality. A cheese steak ONCE ordered. If I own this place, I'd be embarrassed. Bacon burned and in pieces. Asked for extra relish and hardly get.
The staff here are great. They get special requests right and take care to make sure orders are correct.
