Lupe's Tex-mex Grill - Arlington

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and it's situated in the Lincoln Square Shopping Plaza. It's a nice-sized place. I chose to sit at the bar and ordered chips and queso along with a mixed fajita. The food was fantastic and came out sizzling. I also had a Long Island iced tea, which is my favorite cocktail, and it was excellent too. The staff was friendly. I definitely recommend this spot for lunch or any time you feel like enjoying a meal.

I ordered the Mole Enchiladas and they were delicious. The chips are homemade, and they come with a black bean dip and a flavorful medium-spicy salsa. The margarita was nicely strong, too!

I thought the chips and salsa were good, but the queso was bland. On the positive side, we experienced excellent service. For the main dishes, we tried the combo fajitas and the nachos. It's hard to go wrong with nachos, and they were decent; however, I found the steak to be quite chewy. Overall, it's a decent place to eat, but it really could use more flavor. The service was great, though!

We took our out of town guests to Lupe's for lunch. All of us had the fajita lunch combo and all of us loved it!! Fantastic lunches!!! Not one complaint. The server excelled at taking care of our table, as well. Highly recommended!!!
