Mcdonald's - Arlington

Double cheeseburger was basically thrown in the bag and was not even wrapped. Restaurant would not answer phone. Transaction promptly disputed and burger was thrown in the garbage with all the other 'waste '. You all are sloppy and slow. Very disrespectful of one 's time then you serve me a mess. There are too many people working there for there to be such a long wait. McDonald 's franchises along I-20 in Grand Prairie and Arlington are among the WORST locations based upon their efficiency, customer service, and order accuracy. Please avoid these restaurants if you don 't want to be P-O 'd unnecessarily.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE,The manager is rude and has extremely poor customer service skills. The workers are extremely lazy and not in proper uniform. We simply asked for some sauces 4 buffalo , a ranch and bbq. (how hard is it to pick some sauces) We went to the doors and at 9:20PM they were locked with some customers in there the workers (the girl with long orange braids) just looked at me and ignored me. Then I called this facility and no one answered the phone. The workers were just on their personal phones and laughing. No wonder it took 30 mins for me to receive my meal. Overall this facility is a total let down need some revaluation to take action. The employees are lazy. The general/regional manager needs to come and make some changes.

I did a mobile order. I was shorted a 20 piece nugget. I called that night and spoke to the manager and was told I could come back another time. Went back tonight and they would not honor it. Every time we go to this McDonald's our order is always wrong. Very bad service. Be sure to check your orders if you choose to go to this one.

My husband went today at 5:60 pm with my son with autism and a lady instead to taking the order from my husband she been looking at my son and laugh she did not even heard what my husband was saying to her ,then my husband ask for the manager and a lady came told her the story and look at my son and start laughing too. My husband left with my kids last time to go to Macdonald . I called the company and told them what happened .
