Feedback gevenI've never had to wait this long for McDonald's. I was in line for at least 30 minutes. The food quality was not up to standard. However the person who served my drink through the drive through gave me excellent customer service.Food: 1/5
My son went inside to order food to go on 10/08/22 due to the drive thru line being wrapped around the building. My son ordered two 5's and two Mc doubles and paid $24.43. The young boy behind the counter asks my son, why did you come in to order if your getting it to go. First of all your drive thru line is ridiculously long, and secondly, what gives you the right to ask a question like that, whether he eats there or not. They handed him a bag with only 2 orders of 10 piece chicken nuggets and 2 Mc doubles, My son told them what he had ordered and paid for.The manager told my son he needed to pay for the cokes and fries separately if he wanted them. Are you freaking kidding me!!!! The 2 number 5 come with chicken nuggets, fries and a drink. Who ever owns that place needs to check up on who is running the place, most of the employee's are very rude and I'm sure they get a lot of rude customers, but don't take it out on everyone else.
They still suck. Can't even fill my cup to the top and drinks are not 1 anymore. And forgot to give my extra fries for kids meal.Food: 1/5
I waited in line for 20 minutes, even though the drive-thru lane moved quickly. I expected ordering through the app to be faster and more efficient, but it was not the case.
This place was decent to pick orders, but now it seems that there are new workers and they do what they want.
