Mcdonald's - Arlington

Not the full menu I had expected. Located inside of a gas station. The tables were not clean. Customer service was underwhelming. The employee seemed tired, on edge. However, there really were not that many people and most customers ordered off of the kiosks. She was not the only employee working so unsure why she could not be more pleasant.

I ordered a McGriddle, and it was amazing as always. I was a little worried about just hanging out. I was there for about an hour waiting for a friend, but the staff was very friendly for McDonald 's. And there were a bunch of kids having a birthday party.Just a regular 'ol McDonald 's until you go inside. Good people, good food.

They don't have a clue of what they're doing took me over half an hour to get a small fry ordered a small fry did not receive let them know that they come out with a sack with an apple pie in it I said no small fries and then they came out with a quarter pounder and two burritos very

I order 20 nuggets for $10.99 but got home and open the box of nuggets and there is only 6 pieces per box which is 12 in total. This is the 3rd time they messed up my order for the past 4 times I go . I given them benefit of the doubt but I paid for food full and I am getting partial order everytime.

The service was sub par, our burgers were made wrong. and instead of the managements that correct the problem by giving us another burger they offered to us just to give us the missing pieces to our incomplete burgers in large plastic containers, so that we could do ourselves at this time were our burger and pommes ice cold. to round it off, the müll was flooded behind us and sprinkled colored liquids on our hunt. an evening to forget.
