Pioneer - Arlington

The biscuits and gravy side was massive and cost under $3—it was honestly the best biscuit I've ever had! The migas and breakfast burrito were not particularly impressive. However, our waitress was attentive and provided excellent service.

A couple of weeks ago, I visited the Pioneer Restaurant with my mom for breakfast and ordered the 3-egg combo with grits. Everything was delicious and the grits had the perfect consistency. As the sign says, it’s all about family dining and simply great food!

Our server Molly was like something out of a movie. So sweet and attentive, the best smile and cutest accent. She really made the place feel like home. Everyone was so nice and helpful, I loved my experience there.

I honestly can't understand how they make a simple breakfast taste so amazing! I highly recommend this breakfast spot—no explanation needed. It's no wonder it's always bustling with people coming and going. The service is fantastic, too.

This is our favorite restaurant! The food is always fresh and the meals are consistently great. They serve the best coffee of any diner in Arlington, which is one of the reasons we keep coming back. The waitstaff is friendly and quick to correct any mistakes.
