Pollo Regio - Arlington

I loved the food at this restaurant and the manager was very kind and helpful. I believe her name was Marlén. I recommend trying the nachos!

One thing I really dislike is that even though I ordered online 30 minutes in advance, my order wasn't ready when I arrived. To make matters worse, they were out of some items I had selected. It's important to prioritize and fulfill customer orders, especially since you offer a Mobile Order App. This level of service is unacceptable.

The manager at Pollo Regio was extremely rude, yelling at some of the employees in the back. I felt terrible when she turned and gave me a nasty look. The restaurant really needs to evaluate their staff and consider removing her from her position as manager. She is definitely not suited for that role.

Chicken was hot and fresh! Excellent customer service provided by manager Luis.

The burritos here are insane. They taste so good, I highly recommend the asada, it is cooked to perfection and very tender. Enjoy your food here, I know I did.
