Feedback gevenI went back to speak with the manager, Teresa, but the situation only got worse. She was unable to resolve the issue and instead called the store manager, Diane. Teresa made several excuses for why she couldn't review the video footage to confirm my claim. At first, she said I needed to go to the bank for a receipt, even though I had already provided her with a copy of the charge on my phone, complete with the date and time. Then she claimed she needed her glasses to see the video and would check the timing. After I gave her the time, she suddenly said she needed a key to access the footage. This experience highlighted poor leadership and management, as well as the lack of proper training for the employee who initially mishandled my order. Ultimately, I was able to resolve the charge on my own without any assistance from the Wendy's management team.
It happened 3x. Tired of buying salad and then in the window they won't get the dressing for me salad. Why do they never have the pomegranate vinaigrette dressing? Or if they do it, it is from 2020! That's annoying.
The fries are always cold, and there are kids playing by the window who act like they work there. This place has a poor selection of staff. Management needs to hire someone with a bit more sense. Since I live just 2 minutes away, I'd rather drive to Green Oaks instead. Food: 1/5
Never order this pizza hat. Orders always come cold because they go through door bag, even if you place on their website. Orders are ALWAYS wrong... especially large dinner box. If you're in the area, just go to Dominos... at least it's fresh
It really depends on who's working there. About six months ago, there was a stretch of two to three weeks when my orders were consistently messed up. Recently, they've been improving, but I still feel hesitant about visiting this location. Sometimes, I even drive to the one on 360 Ave J just to avoid issues with my food, even though this one is only two blocks from my house.
