If I could give this restaurant, I would. I have never experienced this kind of service where they refused to update my menu item, and I will pay the difference. They literally argued with me and refused to sell my stuff. Rude individuals refuse to give me their names, help me whatever. If this is the face of Fort Worth, I never want to be in Fort Worth again. Because this is a terrible customer service, the manager said her name was Tamika. She doesn't know what a good customer service is! Very terrible experience. Do not shop in this restaurant.

The chicken sandwich (just one, with no sides) is surprisingly thin. While it’s not terrible, it was the worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had, so I have to say the price is quite embarrassing.

They ran out of Asiago cheese for their new menu item, which wasn't the main issue. The entire kitchen staff was gathered at the counter when I received a call informing me about the cheese shortage. It was strange, but I tried to be understanding. Meanwhile, the manager came over to ask if I wanted a different type of cheese. I explained that we had come specifically for the Asiago. When she inquired about what I wanted instead, I requested a refund. She persisted, asking if I didn't want any other cheese. I reiterated that I did not. Although she seemed frustrated, she eventually processed the refund for the sandwiches in question. It's important not to get annoyed with customers who arrive for a specific advertised product, especially when a lesser substitute doesn't appeal to them due to inventory mismanagement.

I have to say, the employees here are the perfect example of how to manage a drive-thru. During the lunch rush, my wait time was just 5 minutes at most. You all have set the bar incredibly high—great job! Everyone deserves a raise for their fantastic service. Food: 5/5.
