Ice Cream Jubilee - Arlington

Lovely ice cream shop, always pleased to find some vegan choices available.

They were supposed to have two vegan flavors available, but they were out of the coconut lime. Instead, we got the passion fruit guava flavor with rainbow sprinkles in a cup since there was no information provided about what was in their cones. It tasted good and I would go back if they have a sugar cone available next time.

The ice cream was delicious! The waffle cone was fresh and had a great aroma. I chose a cookies and cream flavor, which was packed with cookie chunks and flavor. Despite the long line, the employees efficiently moved customers along.

The quality of the ice cream at this restaurant is top-notch, earning it 4 to 5 stars. On my first visit, I tried the boozy rum flavor and thought it was delicious. However, I was disappointed to find out that it was quite pricey, with one scoop costing 6 dollars. Additionally, I was uncomfortable with the way the cashier subtly hinted at a tip, which I found disrespectful and unprofessional.

Ice Cream Jubilee in the DMV area offers some of the best ice cream around. Their unique flavors are always delicious, and I enjoy that the menu changes with the seasons to keep things exciting. While they have some staple flavors available year-round, the seasonal options are where it's at. I highly recommend trying a flight so you can sample all the different seasonal flavors in smaller scoops. My personal favorite is the red bean walnut cookie ice cream, which is a special offering for Lunar New Year.
