I ordered fries, nuggets, and strips for takeaway. My order number was 415, and after 5 minutes, the display showed that it was READY. However, no one brought it out, so I continued to wait. After another five minutes, the mobile app also said it was READY, but still, I had received nothing. I asked the staff about my order, and they checked and came back to say it was still being prepared. After one more minute, it finally arrived. To make matters worse, the original strips had been made spicy. They must have mixed them up in their haste.

I've been here for a while. I've never reported anything. I was in a hurry and I didn't check. For 300и, I was cleaned up, so I pretended everyone checked out.
