It was cooked to my liking and I was quite happy with the portion. My husband had the ham/cheese omolette special and it was very good. Would go there again.
Nice, dated, quaint, good service, great food, everything to perfection, my brother-in-law and I ate, the girls had some business to do next door. It left me with that - 'I wish this place was in my town', will definitely return next trip to the Vernon area.
I'm sure the title says it all, but if not... We were ignored when we arrived, even though we were the only table for lunch (that should have been a sign). Our waitress finished other duties even after making eye contact with, made us wait for a couple of minutes. When she arrived after complaining loudly about the horrible smell in the kitchen, she was not too pleasant. When food finally arrived, it was nothing to be proud nor to be desired. I would say average at best, and I'm being generous. Armstrong may be a small town, but there are better options for certain.
Enjoyed a nice breakfast... quality food, friendly & warm service... great place to stop for those cycling in the North Okanagan... nice deck to enjoy during the good weather.... open for breakfast and lunch... give it a try
Nothing fancy here, just traditional pub food. The soup was good - very 1970s style! Old fashioned, casual and comfortable cafe. Staff was friendly, and not too expensive.
