Arby's - Arnold

From the moment we walked in, our cashier, Kim was awesome! Friendly and definitely knows her job well. The store is clean and the food was perfect!

Went through the drive through this evening and had nothing but issues. First, the guy at the window dropped our bag and busted sauce all over inside the bag, which he didn't check, he just handed the bag to us. So I opened it and saw that and had to ask him to take the busted sauce (though I guess we are just SOL on all of our sauce covered food). Then I had to tell him he had forgotten one of the drinks. The lady that waited on me an elderly African American was super nice. Very professional.

Came here with a brother for dinner. I ordered the roast beef sandwich combo. The food was good and the serving sizes were respectable. You get some bang for your buck. Washed it down with a Jamocha shake, an Arby's staple. Some places still do it right, Arby's Arnold is one of them.

The guy taking the orders talked so fast. I had to repeat items a couple of times. I had the cashier repeat the order to me at the window. Good thing because I was missing one item. He asked about sauce. I must have said BBQ and not “Arby's Sauce”.
