Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

The new egg rolls were very good. Cashier was very nice.

Would not go anytime soon ordered chicken bacon ranch fries and got no seasoning on the fries, chicken barely cut, and it's just a piece of bacon.. nothing chopped. I asked for extra seasoning and sauce got nothing and 0 utensils or napkins.. guess everyone took the day off making my food

Zaxby's has always been a favorite of mine. Great food, great workers great everything. Went through today and was recommended a frozen lemonade, 10/10 recommend.

Picked up an online order, no napkins, no sauce after I paid for extra, no straw for my drink, no silverware. I watched the person setting out the orders spill my drink and just set it back up because she assume whoever's food it was wasn't standing right in front of her. This is completely unacceptable customer service and I will not be coming back.

I understand customer service but when I waited 7 minutes in the drive thru and 20 minutes for my food on the curb is ridiculous. Then I didn't even get my sauce for my chicken fingers. Won't be going back on a Friday
