McDonald's - Arnprior

This McDonalds is the best one I have ever visited. I was so impressed that I am writing a review on a fast food restaurant which I have never done. The staff is so polite and professional I was blown away. A refreshing change from most fast food spots.

The kids side is small and super loud with very little seating. Most of the noise was actually the kitchen and ordering area itself. The Cafe' side, with a great view of a back parking lot is ridiculous and not a relaxing place, with guys actually almost running out the kitchen door to serve some drive through customer, I'm guessing, and noisy. Boring as hell for the kids. Poorly decorated even with the fancy fireplace taking up the best room to sit and look out the window. This used to be a kids place to go. Why the change to boredom? The old style seating was better in my opinion. Sweeping the floor during supper hour, what? Service was incredibly slow even when first in line. The whole design of this space is wasteful and awkward, I think. This is completely based on a first impression but, also a last impression. Dec 17 ,2015

The service was very good and food was hot. We had big breakfast, pancakes and coffee. Atmosphere was quaint. Easily accessible for anyone with a physical disability. Handicap parking and bathrooms. Wash-rooms and store are very clean. Would recommend this McDonald's and we will return again

Same as any other McDonalds The food is no different. The restaurant was very clean and the staff is very friendly. It also has easy access.

We had breakfast here and found the staff to be wonderful when we said my husband had celiac disease and could not eat wheat products so he had 2 egg McMuffins without the muffins. As always McDonalds coffee is great.
