The Hole In The Wall - Arona

Breakfast was great, and delivered by a beautiful lady who spent time with my wife and I discussing family matters, I never caught here name but she was very pleasant, We Will Be Back

We dropped into the Hole in the Wall in November 23 for a few drinks. The staff member who served us the dark haired woman with a pony tail was the most unfriendly we ever came across in Tenerife, she threw the beer mats on the table , took the orders briefly, no friendliness whatsoever. We asked if we could have drinks in side of the pub as we had two kids and it was pretty noisy outside with live music in two neighbouring pubs the answer was shocking the kids are not allowed to sit inside , absolutely shocking , where did they get that rule??? That night the woman played the guitar solo and sang , she was terrible, every single song was destroyed both vocally and music wise. Avoid , avoid!!! The Chieftain is a really authentic Irish pub in Tenerife, try that place !!

Well it’s always hit and miss for this place , not at all what it used to be ,food gone downhill again terrible burger no taste unless you put lots of ketchup/mustard , it’s advertised as chips but there were fries , proper chips at the chieftain and friendlier staff , but at least the toilets have been done up , the table we were sitting on and nearby ones were dusty on the wood underneath and not seen a duster for Days/weeks, staff are ok not the most welcoming but just ok , went in on. A lunchtime but won’t go again , went in the Bulls head (next door) Monday night , great night and welcoming warm staff Don’t bother with this place for good plenty of other good places
