The restaurant has a charming ambiance, but the food leaves much to be desired. I'm not quite sure what they consider "fajita-style chicken," but it missed the mark for me. The clam chowder was also underwhelming. However, the most frustrating aspect of our visit was the waitstaff. First, I felt uncomfortable when I asked for the prawns to be left off the nachos. Then, the server mistakenly placed someone else's water on our table, only to return five minutes later, take it back, and serve it to the table behind us—without considering whether we had already drunk from it. To top it off, when she brought us the check, she took my partner's plate while he was still in the middle of eating, leaning over it with a mouthful of food. We were both taken aback and decided against ordering dessert, opting to leave as soon as we could. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

The fish tacos during happy hour on Tuesdays and Thursdays are amazing! Cindy provides excellent service and is also a skilled barista. I enjoy watching the TV screens—Go Dodgers! The seating at the bar and the high-top tables is comfortable. I always leave feeling satisfied and happy.

I'm so glad this charming little spot was just a pleasant walk away. I love that it's been around as long as I have! I came to Pismo for my 35th birthday to spend quality time with my daughter and little sister. The staff was sweet, attentive, friendly, and welcoming. We stopped in for clam chowder and bread bowls, as well as some clams, to wrap up our day at the beach. It was perfect in every way. My daughter even fell asleep in the restaurant, which is a sign that she felt right at home. This place truly gives off a warm, family atmosphere. It will definitely be a cherished memory and a regular stop when we visit again!

We love coming to the Quarterdeck because of their weekly bar specials. But the best part of the experience is Cindy. She is the best bartender in town. She makes the best drinks and is such a sweetheart!!
