O Saloio - Arruda Dos Vinhos

This is a very good spot for a friendly dinner. The location is great, at a top of a hill so providing an excellent panoramic view of the surrounding area. The food is great and well served. Price is more than affordable e.g. a 20€ grilled codfish portion is enough for 2 adults and 2 children. It is not the best spot though for a formal dinner as a lot of grilled food has a consequence in the way of smoke and smell. Recommended, worths a visit.

Hello travellers, this is typical food but the must eat is the picanha, its very tasty, you have parking lot, its not easy to give with the restaurant but you can always use the GPS and go. The Staff is friendly and the place is reasonable. If you are close to the spot go there.

Excellent meat restaurant. large parking space next to the restaurant. I think if you want a tabel on a friday night (like us you better book a table in advance. When we visited the restaurant it was the first day it reopend after a holyday. The restaurant was full. The server was verry friendly and helped us translate the menu. He recommended the picanha na pedra . It was delicious! It was thin sliced raw meat (with salt served with a hot grill stone. you can grill your meat at the table. It was served with 3types of sauces, french fries, Rice, black beans. (11€ for a 1person plate . Plenty! The waiter even asked me trough my meal if i wanted more meat... it was verry tasty. My husband had the ribs and liked it a lot (6,5€ this dish came with boiled potatoes white beans ! Best meat dish we had in Portugal so far! We recommand this restaurant!

Adorei a comida e o atendimento 5*. Recomendo reservar mesa e a Apreciar a vista do Miradouro antes de entrar
