Kfc - Artesia

The dining room was clean and well-maintained. All three employees I saw in the kitchen area were very busy and focused on their work, so congratulations to them. The chicken tasted great and we even received cookies that other KFC locations have not given us recently. I gave 4 stars because the tea served from the machine was just water, and my order had mashed potatoes instead of the corn I had requested. I think they may be short-staffed like many other businesses. The cleanliness of the kitchen was also impressive.

I witnessed an employee picking up chicken from the floor and then using the same tongs to take more chicken out of the fryer. After leaving the tongs by the fryer, another employee picked them up and used them to grab food. When I brought this up, the employee working gave me attitude.

I'm not sure what's going on with KFC's chicken. It tastes the same, but the pieces are smaller, especially the drumsticks which are small and often broken. Some pieces even have broken bones, so be careful. Also, the prices have gotten quite expensive. I now prefer to drive to Churches Chicken on the south end of Roswell, where I can get dinner poppers for less, including gas for the trip. It's quite surprising. Chicken sandwich, superb and fast! Clean restaurant with hard working fast staff. Review from the author of 'The Reckoning of Rance ' and another titled the 'Last of the Knowers. Both in select stores or for your internet search. Give them a try and give yourself a treat of using this spot for your chicken and etc. craving!

This is worse KFC/Taco Bell my family and I have ever eaten. The Taco?s were broke and made me sick to my stomach. My granddaughter is sick as well. Service also is very poor. Do not go here unless you want to call in sick the next day!
