Starbucks Coffee - Artesia

I visited this restaurant for the second time, and I experienced very friendly and prompt service. I’ll definitely be back!

I was instructed to speak with the manager, JC, who was very understanding. He informed me that the employee involved had been let go and assured me that it wouldn't happen again. He also encouraged me to express my needs and concerns. Although I mentioned I had received a credit from the regional manager, he told me to save it for my next visit in case I needed it. He made it clear that I should never hesitate to report any mistakes or issues, assuring me that customer feedback is valued here. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The aroma was wonderful, and the coffee drinks were excellent! We sat outdoors and savored the morning.

Good location right in front of the 91st spacious shopping center parking. No access or external seats.
