Pita Pit - Arthur

The short older woman with gray hair really shouldn't be working at this restaurant. It's clear that she dislikes her job and interacting with customers. If she's preparing your pita, I recommend walking next door to Subway instead. Additionally, the carrots and lettuce looked like they had been sitting out for weeks. I decided to stick with the spinach instead.

I wasn’t greeted at all—not even a simple “hello” or “good morning.” The woman who served me on Sunday, October 1st, at the Arthur location clearly realized that I wasn't impressed. If you're unhappy with your job, it might be a good idea to look for a different one.

I visited Pitapit for the first time, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The service was quite poor, and the staff member who took my order was rude. As a result, I didn't enjoy my meal at all. Regarding dietary restrictions, I can't comment much further as my experience was so negative. There isn't anything noteworthy to mention about parking either.

Great pita, got the chicken ranch thing, cc was very good! Expensive, but very good.

I was just trying to get food at 6 pm after a trip with my friends, but the staff made this frighteningly difficult (literally).One of us had to ask for lettuce three times because the female employee gave them 4 individual strands of lettuce. The employees made it seem like every request was a huge demand. Additionally, the faces we were met with looked like they had never seen kindness in their entire lives, they looked dead inside, This is the only review I've ever felt the need to write because I've never felt like such an inconvenience for purchasing something from a company. But to be fair ordering a drink is a huge request so I understand why they did not give it to us. All jokes aside we had to fight over who would ask for the lemonade they forgot because we were so frightened. I will never be returning to this location again until a public announcement is made announcing the employees dismissal. I would not wish this customer service upon my worst enemy.Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't let my child so much as walk in the parking lot outside to spear their happiness.
