Pita Pit - Arthur

It was my first visit to a Pita Pit. The staff were very helpful & patient with me.I chose Chicken souvlaki in a bowl. When I added my favourite ingredients it resulted in a delicious salad. My husband had the Chicken Souvlaki Pita. Also delicious! We'll be back!

We went to the burger place next Door but half of us went to pita pit because of the line up at the burger place. Super quick and super friendly service. Very good as always

Three went in for something quick to eat. It was around 4 pm on Sunday so it wasn't busy, we received friendly service and a great meal. It would have been nice if it was grilled but we didn't check or ask. I'm still happy.

On the plus side, the toppings are fresh as in all Pita Pits. However, the last two times we have been here they did not offer to grill vegetables, which previously (and at other Pita Pits) was standard practice. In addition this franchise doesn't have the sandwich grill that some others have. Toasting the pita makes it much more special; otherwise you basically have a cold sandwich you could make at home. At least in prior visits they would put the assembled sandwich on the grill, but today the woman behind the counter refused to do that saying they were too busy. There were only 3 other people behind us, and she could have worked on their order while the sandwiches sit on the grill, so it was both perplexing and disappointing. We paid over $16 for two cold sandwiches that we wouldn't have bought in the first place had we known they were going to refuse to toast them. We'll go to the Subway across the street next time: they too have fresh toppings, they cost a little less, and they toast their sandwiches.

Often pop in here with friends for lunch! Always friendly service and they are quick preparing healthy food! Lots of choices of toppings ( love grilled veg!) and I love the option of pita put in the press at the end!
