Old fashioned pub with proper pub meals and good service. Homemade pie was amazing (choice of 4 fillings, I had chicken) and everything was hot and fresh. 2 beers, 2 starters and 2 mains came in at £50. No complaints here, will be back.

We found this hidden gem today! Absolutely beautiful food, great service, nice people the menu was brilliant with lots of choice. Dog friendly and a lovely beer garden. Highly recommend will be back.

The garlic mushrooms were the best I ever had, and the cake is what should be a cake. full of filling and taste, some had the steak pipe and I had the mined lamb. meat was nice tender and not obese well made

This is the best restaurant we have tried in the area! Everything is fresh and made in-house. The cakes and round chips are delicious, and the ice cream is definitely worth trying. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is cozy, and they even welcome dogs.
