Feedback gevenIf I could give zero stars, I would. I have celiac disease, and I usually feel safe eating at Cherry because they have a separate fryer for gluten-free items. However, during my recent visit, I clearly communicated my dietary restrictions, but my fries were packed in the same bag as gluten-containing foods. As a result, I couldn't eat them. To make matters worse, the salad I ordered also made me sick, indicating that my meal was not handled properly to prevent cross-contamination. I ended up feeling so ill that I couldn't even take my kids trick-or-treating. This experience felt like a major setback, and I'm incredibly disappointed. If they can't properly train their staff, they need to hire new people. While I’ve had good experiences at other locations, this one was unacceptable and felt dirty.
I had an amazing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. Two different staff members came to check on us while we were eating, and as we were leaving, a third person at the door asked my wife about her soup. It was impressive that she remembered what we had ordered! I know this isn’t a fancy place to dine, but that's precisely why I'm giving this review. I've been to much more expensive restaurants where the service was nowhere near as good as this. Great job to the entire team!
You were drying with your customer service! better than many restaurants I've ever had! I've always been in the drive, but today I came in and woouow I was amazed with the service of the moment I entered until I left. you really know what good service means!
Going downhill. We've never had a problem at this location before today. The bun on the chicken sandwich was hard enough to knock on the table and the chicken was cold, which always worries me. They forgot all of our sauces and the fries were a little cold and therefore dry. Seems like for the prices you charge we should get great freah and a least warm food. Not sure what's happening but next time is the last time if it sucks like this.
Worst experience I have ever had at a Chick Fil-A I told them I have a pickle allergy I repeated myself ten times to this cashier who knew nothing about promotions and my food was delayed 20 mins and was still brought a sandwich with you might ask PICKLES. All we hear is our apologies every time like do your job your payed to do or stay home ?
