Great food as always. Steak and eggs breakfast is not a good deal. $17 and there was less than 3oz of meat on the plate. We'll keep coming back because we love the place, but won't be ordering that again.Food: 3/5

My Wife and I moved to Five Parks just over a year ago an we absolutely love Jack's Bar and Grill! The Cobb Salad and Fried Artichoke hearts have become staples of our neighborhood dining experience. Staff and service has always been great and just last year they started to allow dogs on the outdoor patio. Highly recommend this cool neighborhood hang out!Kid-friendliness: Space for our stroller was available and lots of kids in the neighborhood visit on bikes for ice cream.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy ramp for wheel chair accessibility for both the front door and back patio.

This is an amazing place. The food was delicious, fresh and creative! What was even more wonderful, is the business approach of hiring unique learners! What a wonderful diverse restaurant experience! Will return when we are in the area again…for the food and their hiring policies. This place, makes the world seem, more kind, more colorful and provides excellent work environments for adults with disabilities…or as I like to say, different abilities. With gratitude…….

A disappointing experience.Walking in, the atmosphere is great and the menu looks delicious. Unfortunately there wasn’t any substance to back up the initial good impression.Service was acceptable, but not beyond.I ordered the biscuits and gravy and they unfortunately showed up cold. Cold gravy is a bit rough. The biscuit itself was interesting and good, but the gravy, even beyond the temperature, was really bizarre tasting in a bad way. One of my sides was wrong and I ended up receiving the wrong potatoes, which were admittedly very good.The 5% additional fee is really annoying. Just increase the prices by 5% rather than introducing a hidden fee.Overall, I see that many of the other reviews are good so I’ll eventually give it another try, but as of now I just don’t get it. Lot One is better.

I have ordered take out from this place but never had a dine in experience. But I finally decided to eat inside and it was delightful. The patio wasn't open due to expecetd rains but we asked one of the server if they could open for us and they didn't even think twice and readily agreed. That was awesome. Food has always been great but the customer service is awesome too. I am glad there are places like this who truly care about their customers.
