Feedback gevenThis location lacks an efficient system for getting customers served promptly. All four staff members seemed to be colliding in their tasks, leading to a lot of confusion. While the food was excellent, it's frustrating when an employee starts taking an order and then leaves to attend to something else, leaving customers waiting.
I arrived just before closing on a Saturday night and didn't feel rushed at all. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was impeccably clean. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent!
I requested to go easy on the juice, but received a soggy, drenched sandwich instead. This has happened several times, so I'm done with this place and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It shouldn't be difficult to make a sandwich according to customers' preferences. Shaking my head.
Terrible customer service. I didn’t receive what I ordered, and when I checked in with the girl, she snapped at me, saying she heard me the first time. My order was completely wrong. Wow. We have plenty of other options, including another Jersey Mike's down the road. I won’t be coming back to this location.
I had an issue with my order, but it was no big deal. When I returned to get it corrected, I want to commend the two staff members who were working—they were fantastic! They were patient, friendly, and promptly fixed my meal. However, the owner really needs to hire more staff for this place. It’s clear that the employees were stressed handling sandwiches, as having just two people on a Sunday night is insufficient. It’s a bit frustrating. I’d give the team 5 stars, but the owner/management only gets 1 star.
