Completely unexpected excellence. The menu is small, but the Latin food is absolutely superb—fresh and made from scratch—and the juices and smoothies are outstanding. We will definitely be coming back regularly. Don't be fooled by the tiny size and simple signage; this place is AMAZING. Plus, the interior does a fantastic job of making you forget you're in a suburban Colorado strip mall.
