I booked for dinner, I said I would arrive at 10:30 p.m., they warn me that the kitchen closes at that time. So I tell them that I will arrive before and I'm already asking for everyone's. I arrived at 10:10 p.m., and they were already cleaning the kitchen...the cooks pouted...but I'm within the schedule...I ask them for dinner. The spaghetti is fine, but the hake was put on the table and it smelled a lot burnt. I tried a little piece and it was pure burnt. We told the waitress and she pretended she didn't smell anything and took the food to the kitchen. We didn't want anything else. Well...they charged us for the hake...incredible...we hadn't touched it and it was burnt...it tasted burnt and we had to pay for it...among the bad looks of the cooks dropping hints that it was their time to rest..in short...we will not return the truth..
As soon as we arrived, the waiter treated us in an inconvenient way, telling us that we could sit if we were going to eat, that if it was for a drink that no. Ten minutes later he was telling people who were arriving that if they wanted to be seated they would have to wait an hour to eat because they were full in the kitchen. The treatment did not improve with the passing of the minutes, although fortunately it did not get worse either. Average food, the hake we ordered was half done. The caramel tart was tiramisu in disguise. I don 't think we will go through Arzúa again, but I am clear that we will not return to this place.
We arrived after the stage to have a tinto de verano and a tortilla skewer and the attention of the waiter on the terrace was terrible from the beginning, with bad answers, bad faces. Not recommendable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
