Mogo Korean Fusion Tacos - Asbury Park

The tacos were tasty, but not exceptional—just good. If you visit later in the day, be prepared to find some options sold out. I wanted beef and pork, but both were unavailable, so I had to go with chicken and shrimp instead. The service was quick and friendly, especially considering it was 11 a.m. Overall, I’d give it a three-star rating since my preferred options were not available.

My friend and I ordered the beef and chicken tacos. He really enjoyed the beef! However, he commented that the chicken tacos were a bit unclean, which I didn't appreciate. I ordered the beef, and it was on the sweeter side. Personally, I prefer my beef to be salty. In general, I like my tacos to have a salty and tangy flavor, but these were too sweet for my taste. If you enjoy sweet tacos, you might like them. I rated this place four stars because my friend loved it!

I really enjoyed my Tofu-Taco! There was a lot of filling and everything in it was very tasteful. There was no room in my taco for something else except hot sauce, so I put kimchi and cucumber salad on the side. I am very picky about Kimchi, but that was perhaps the best I had, and I really liked the cucumber salad, although not usually a cucumber fan. Although I only have a taco, it was enough to be a light meal for me, but if you can starve? You will definitely eat two or three (or more if your heart desires). A little line, but worth waiting! I also tried her Watermelon Lime Fresca earlier in the week, and it was really good, but much sweeter than other agua frescas I tried, it was basically like juice. I would probably not get it again, at least not this taste, but if you usually like sweet fruit drinks this is definitely for you.

A great spot for fusion tacos! The beef bulgogi taco and chicken taco were really good each bite bursting with different flavors and topped with fresh ingredients. Although very tasty, I think there could have been just slightly more meat in both tacos. The Fuji hibiscus cold drink was refreshing and delightful!

Really great tacos! Had the chicken and beef and they were both amazing, would definitely recommend as a little snack on the boardwalk. The sesame donut and prickly pear lemonade drink were also really yummy!
