Playa Bowls - Asbury Park

I always enjoy eating at this restaurant. However, when I tried to place an order over the phone, I was told, "we do not take phone orders." This resulted in zero customers. Seriously? And to top it off, they charge 15 cents for a bag to carry out your order safely. I'm sure they have an explanation for this, but can they please fix these issues?

I have been coming to this restaurant for years, and recently it has been as well-maintained and clean as usual. I met the new manager, I believe her name was Laura or Lisa or something with an "L". She made sure my meal was prepared perfectly and kept the place running smoothly. However, when I visited last week, she was nowhere to be seen and it was noticeable. I hope she hasn't left, as that would be a significant loss for the restaurant.

The staff is very friendly, the ambiance is beautiful, and the bowl of fruit was refreshing. It's a bit pricey for what you get, but the food was good.

From here before and it was great! the second time ordered and they delivered it to the wrong place! I asked myself to be called out when doordash said they will give it back, they then canceled my order twice!

Amazing! Love playa and this location did a great job when I went the other day! They really load up the toppings here and peanut butter!
