Sorry but one of the worst meals we have had. first i dont understand why it is called the nudgee beach hotel it isnt in nudgee beach the decor makes it look like we were in something from the 70's. dont like how you have to past all the smokers outside to get in. the staff are friendly. took ages for our meals to come and we were ok with that as in this day and age with staff off with covid. our meals came out and i was so surprised by the size and the money we paid for them i couldnt help to say something. the meal didnt taste like anything it was so bland and not much of it either. the gravy was the worst packet mix ive tasted i asked the waiter and he told me it was packet mixture for $32 it should of been homemade. we didnt ask for our money back they gave it to us as he said he thought it was a bad looking meal they gave us. feel sorry for the staff who have to serve these meals. there were 5 of us and not one of us enjoyed our meal. wont be back at all. normally i would give a place another go seeing it had good reviews in the past but these meals were so bad i couldnt go back.
Much improved from the Olden Days. Staff are efficient and friendly and food is fresh, well delivered and tasty pub grub.
I traveled from another state and had been looking into local restaurants to try. Although a bit off the beaten path, this place turned out to be a hidden gem. The staff were incredibly attentive and the food was delicious. We even had some luck with Keno! Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it.
Called in for a lunch time feed. Menu has so many options and staff are super friendly. Cheers to Rochelle and Kirstin for helping me sign in and setting it up on my phone for me.
