Big Kyle Barbecue - Ashburn

Was initially excited about trying Big Kyle's BBQ after seeing the long lines at the Loudoun County Farmers Market. Unfortunately I was disappointed in everything we purchased. I understand barbecue is a very personal and highly opinionated item, although for me, this doesn't do it. Pulled pork sandwich was exceptionally dry. Had difficulty swallowing even with the sauce on board. Brisket was very dry. I've made better whole brisket personally at home smoking it over whole lump charcoal with wood chunks. Mac and cheese lacked rich flavor.Still in search of a good BBQ place in NOVA...

I just tasted the pork belly, ribs, chicken wings, green beans and macaroni and cheese. I must say it was delicious!!! Smoked perfectly. This is real bbq 100

Enjoyed big Kyle's BBQ at Old Ox Brewing company's OxTober release event. Food was delicious and portions were certainly worth the price. Will be seeking them out again.

Great dinner tonight. Big Kyle BBQ hooked me up with some Brisket, Coleslaw, Mac Cheese. So good! Brisket cooked to perfection. Lots of flavor and the smokiness was just right. Everything was delicious!! Highly recommend it.

YUM, Big Kyle BBQ is so delicious! Owned by siblings, Kyle and Amy, we were so fortunate to stumble across them at a local farmers market! The menu offers St Louis spare ribs, beef brisket, pulled chicken, pulled pork, various sides (such as coleslaw, mac n' cheese, homestyle baked beans, and collard greens), Martin's Potato Rolls, the house's signature BBQ sauces. I was a little disappointed that they had run out of the Big Willie, the chili cheese dog, so definitely have to come back to try that! We did order the beef brisket sandwich, which came generously filled between a Martin's Potato bun you can choose the fat ratio preference of your brisket, but why would anyone choose anything else besides fatty? The brisket was SO GOOD! Had the right amount of fat, it was super tender, flavorful, and addicting! You can also choose one of their sauces: Big Boy Sweet, Big Boy Heat, and Billy Ghost we opted for the Big Boy Heat, which had the perfect combination of sweetness and a nice kick! The staff here were so welcoming, friendly, and kind can't wait to return again!
