Jersey Mike's Subs - Ashburn

If I could, I would give this restaurant zero stars. Every time I visit, the employees are never at the front counter. They are always in the back having long conversations, eating, and not paying attention to customers. Additionally, when they do come out to serve, they haven't washed their hands, are still chewing, and it's very rude. It's no surprise that this is considered one of the worst Jersey Mike's locations in the area. It's unacceptable that this company allows these employees to degrade their brand with such poor work ethic.

The employees at this restaurant are not friendly, and their prices for subs are too high. Despite the quality being okay, the high prices are unjustified. Additionally, it was recently discovered that multiple Jersey Mike's Sub restaurants in Loudoun County, owned by the same operator, were fined for violating child labor laws. The operator, JM Burke from Charleston, South Carolina, paid over $100,000 in civil penalties for allowing minors to perform dangerous tasks and work longer hours than legally allowed.

The bread at this restaurant was not very fresh and there were not enough cold cuts on the sandwich. The establishment is a chain with locations nationwide, but needs to improve the quality of their sandwiches. Customers expect a certain standard when dining out, just like they would when buying furniture. If the sandwiches are not up to par, they will not attract repeat customers. It is time for a new sandwich shop in this area that really cares about making delicious sandwiches. The current options are lacking and do not live up to expectations. It is disappointing to have to go to a different city to find a good sandwich. Overall, there is a need for improvement in the sandwich choices in Northern Virginia. Great subs made to order while you watch. Premium ingredients, fresh sob rolls, the hot subs are especially addictive. The only reason I give them 3 starts is that the size of the sub compared to its price is not right

The Service was bad, they act like they didn't want to be there. They throw your sandwich together, the sandwich was a mess . They made the sandwich on the counter, with no paper under it to protect your bread from the counter. I'll never go there again, if you take the chance, watch closely how they make your sandwich, and duck because you could get hit with some food.
