Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Ashburn

Came in after a soccer game. We all enjoyed our smoothies. Very refreshing. Am looking forward to another one.

Friendly staff, but probably the whole chain is like this (im guessing): the smoothies are not fresh fruits, frozen or so, tastes better when I make them in a simple blender at home with fresh fruit

Ordered smoothie online and arrived five minutes after the stated time. Three employees chatting away without any regard to my order. Order was started after I arrived.

I placed a group to go order Sunday morning for evening pick up for an event. When I got there the order was not filled. They said they never received it. As disappointing as this was, when I asked them to just go ahead and fill it (aprx 20 smoothies), they looked at me like I was crazy. They called their manager who explained the order wasn't received which I again replied, that's fine but can we just prepare it now. Once again crickets. Not once did they try to make the situation right. They didn't offer to start the order and just get it made, they didn't offer a discount if we came back another day, they didn't offer to do anything to right the wrong. I was shocked. Worst customer service and we will never come back.

Neat little cafe. Not too expensive and a good place to grab quick
