Feedback gevenThis place is pretty decent for a breakfast dine in, I always get the buffalo wrap here with my jalapeño chips. I get extra chicken here and honestly the one and only problem I have here is sometimes they don’t know how extra extra chicken is supposed to be. But that’s not entirely a problem as they are decently with service, they probably put up with a lot more than they deserve to put up with here. I definitely recommend a raise ?????

I placed a pick order, Vilma was the cashier who assisted. I pointed out the order was prepared in correctly. Cashier argued with me and made me rebuy it. She then mocked me and told me she’d give me a 50% discount. Terrible service the bowl was frozen worst experience I’ve ever had.
We ordered 2 drinks but immediately asked the lady at the front to change one of the orders before she even submitted it to be made. When the order was completed, they had charged us for 3 drinks instead of two. When I told her she made a mistake and charged for 3 when we only asked for 2, she began arguing with me and telling me I never said to take it off. I told her to remove it and instead of handling it with grace and good customer service, she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. We used to come here all the time but we will no longer be coming back after that awful experience. She needs major training on customer service, very rude woman.
Terrible terrible customer service!!! I usually never share reviews, but this experience was so shocking that I feel compelled to share my thoughts. Upon ordering smoothies, I was dismayed to find that it tasted like water. When I approached one of the ladies member to express my dissatisfaction, her response was shockingly rude.She forcefully grabbed the cup, opened it, and declared that she knew how it was supposed to taste. She got a She got a spoon and took a taste out of my cup. After tasting it herself, she admitted it needed improvement and suggested adding banana. However, when asked if we could change the drink, she refused, insisting we either pay full price for a new one or let her attempt to fix it.Reluctantly, we agreed to let her try to improve the drink, but it only got worse. The lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction was appalling. Moreover, it is unacceptable for an employee to sample a customer’s food product and return the same item to them, especially considering the potential hygiene concerns.This experience left me deeply dissatisfied and questioning the standards of the establishment. It’s imperative that management address this issue promptly to ensure such behavior is not tolerated in the future. Otherwise, further action may be necessary, including reporting the incident.
