Takes servers a long time to come to table to take drink order. I was looking at menus and server refused to take my oder until I put it down (15minutes later) Food comes to table cold and is always 20-25 minutes after ordered. Ask for manager noone shoes up. Beans come from a can. Rice is dry. Parking: Horrible parking due to it located on a corner with a court house catycorner to it. The queso is more like a powder mixed with water. The girl had no idea how it was made or what canned brand it was since it was obviously not made from scratch. The shrimp cocktail was made wrong and so hot, it was inedible. The only good thing we ordered was the guacamole. The chips were cold and stale. Where was the music? We decided to eat here for my husband 's birthday. The food was good and the server was good. Nothing about the experience great nor bad. May visit again but it wouldn 't be a I really want to go to Poblanos but more of a Poblanos is right here so... kind of visit.

Atmosphere could be a lot better, really bland for a Mexican restaurant. Food was well presented and good, although the yellow cheese queso sauce could have been better.
