Ben Jerry's - Asheville

They didn't have pistachio pistachio and when I asked to talk to Jerry, they said there's nobody that works there by that name ?

Ben Jerry’s is soo good! Good service! Had the cookies and cream bc they were out of the Americone Dream (my fave). Good stuff ?

We went last night and the line was out the door! There was one guy doing everything which was mind blowing! His service was beyond excellent and hopefully he will get some help!

I like Ben &Jerry's ice cream, but service is really important when I visit the business. This location failed. A customer before us required lots of service and the one person behind the counter was doing his job serving that customer. Another staff member was chatting in the back room. When she finally came out, she automatically helped the people who came in behind us. We felt ignored and left. Fortunately we went to Kilwin's instead and found excellent ice cream and excellent service
