Bojangles - Asheville

I never had a good experience with this place. Every time something is wrong in the order. but this time was the last one for me. I ordered a steak biscuit and only got a cookie. I have the lower half and the meat. No upper half. I never go to this place again.

The first time in bojangles, because we don't have it where we live and it was interesting. Unfortunately, this situation was only one trip thru, because they were so short employees after a coworker as we tried to get into the building. but we wanted to try, so we went through the journey and ordered. we have bo’s chicken sandwich and a grilled chicken sandwich with fries. fries had a great season, and I enjoyed it very much. bos sandwich is pretty good, not great, not complaining. the grilled chicken, avoid it, it was gum maybe worse. that is probably not surprising as it is fast eating, but we were curious. they stay with the fritted and they have a good time.

One of the best things about Bojangles is their consistency. I love dirty rice and their crispy chicken. No matter which restaurant I'm at, the food is always first rate. It's fresh and hot. Their sweet tea is really good as well.

A lot of staff but not real response at the front counter. Had to ask if I needed to go through the drive-through to get service. They were fine once I got their attention.

Faster service and friendly staff. our special order was delivered exactly as ordered. fresh and hot. they proposed a combo to save us money. just inside and out.
