Bruegger's Bagel Bakery - Asheville

Great for a chain. Since I love Sriracha Sauce, I wanted to try the new Sriracha Egg Sandwich. So I jumped last Saturday to try this Bagel sandwich. It comes with egg, sausage, cheddar cheese, fresh red peppers and Sriracha (a delicate chili sauce). I replaced the sausage for turkey sausage. It was a very good bagel and service which you would expect from a chain restaurant. I was in/out in less than 10 minutes. The price was over $4 tax, but I had a voucher. Sign up for offers and this will help. Even at the full price it would have been worth it. The restaurant was very clean. Even preferred the local coffee shops that are in Asheville, but would go back.

Large selection of bagels made with bagel sandwiches to order. Staff relatively friendly helpful. Coffee good. I was pleased that simple syrup was offered as I had cold brewed ice cream coffee. Very pleased to find Onion Bagels, who have become more difficult to find elsewhere. Bathroom clean. Free parking, close to I-40.

This restaurant has the most wonderful staff; they truly are the best! However, they've removed the Supernova bagel (the best item on the menu) from their offerings, although most of the employees still know how to make it. I would highly recommend this place, but I suggest not arriving at 8:45, as it might lead to longer waits. They probably work harder than they do on their writing!

Great restaurant with a friendly staff and exceptional value for the quality of food. The smokehouse brisket and honey walnut cheese were outstanding!

I discovered this restaurant when my first choice was closed, and I'm glad I did! The menu offered a great variety of options, and both the bagel and the fillings were delicious and satisfying. The coffee was also good, and the service was friendly and efficient. I'll definitely be coming back!
