Chili's Grill - Asheville

The food was great, but people who were sat after us were given orders before us to put a little bit of my lunch partner. Once we got the attention of our server, the service was attentive and friendly. I am back. Food: 5/5

So very disappointed. everything was dirty. the tables were cleaned with a dry serviette. I asked for mayo and never got one. water tasted like clorox. on the tables were piled tons of dirty dishes. windows were also wiped with some dirty. it takes only 2 seconds to use a squirt bottle and microfibre towels. Yes, they were short staff, but having a person sitting, waiting to take orders, cleaning tables and working in the kitchen is ridiculous. eating was not worth half an hour waiting.

We went to this restaurant after our first choice offered us an hour and a half waiting time to take place. we, a party of seven, sat within 10 minutes. our server, while stretched, was attentive, accurate and friendly. excellent price, excellent service in a clean and hospitable restaurant! what could be better!

The service was not great. workers went around and looked like they didn't want to be there. the girl that took our order seemed like she was a more educative. she took our order and understood something wrong. we ordered a partial salad and forgot it. my daughter had cajun pasta and the chicken in it seemed dried out and old. She also said that the sauce does not taste properly. I ordered mais on the cable and was instead given Mexican mais. when we told the new server, my daughter couldn't eat her pasta dish. also the staff was not very friendly or helpful.

Stopped in for dinner. The food was great, and the waitress was nice, but I ordered soup and a salad, and my husband ordered fajitas. She brought out my soup and salad. I sat there, not wanting to eat in front of my husband. We were kinda wondering what was up. Finally she brought out his sizzling fajitas. I started eating, realized he wasn't. She forgot his shells, cheese and sour cream. Finally we got the whole meal, but woulda been nice to be all at once. It wasn't busy, she just seemed preoccupied. Other then that, no problem.
