Five Guys - Asheville

I went for lunch on Sunday and had a frustrating experience. The cashier insisted that I choose each topping for my hamburger individually, despite wanting everything except for ketchup and mushrooms. I ended up with two thin, overcooked patties and a bottom bun that was as soggy as a wet diaper. On the plus side, the fries were delicious and cooked in peanut oil, but they were way too many for me to finish. The cashier also made me uncomfortable by staring at me until I looked back at her. Two hours later, I called the manager to share my concerns, but he kept interrupting me and wouldn’t let me explain. Overall, I feel like I wasted twenty dollars.

Hello 5 Guys team! You serve the best hot dogs, Cajun fries, and shakes around, definitely better than anything I've had this side of New York City. Keep up the great work! Thank you!
